🖼 ONE LINE FROM THIS PAINTING

"How do objects speak, on our behalf, of the heart that longs to reach beyond the visible?"

📝ONGO's Reflection

This bookshelf screen carefully arranges books and brushes, porcelain and rare objects. People kept such paintings at their side, wishing for learning and abundance together. To keep, even in a painting, what one cannot possess is not lack but aspiration. Here I see the power of longing. What one paints and keeps always before the eyes draws a person toward it. To hold often in the eye what the hand cannot reach is to set the direction the heart will face.
